Everything we do, from creating and customizing your honeymoon registry, to our beautiful gift acknowledgments, is all done to make your wedding gifts special and memorable for both you and your gift purchaser.

If you plan a honeymoon that can be booked as a package through a wholesaler or through our reservation system, no extra travel consulting fee is incurred unless your request requires more than two quotes.

We would like to assist you as much as possible in planning your honeymoon itinerary. To help keep your costs to a minimum, we recommend that you have a fairly good idea of your honeymoon budget and desired destination. We do provide the first two itinerary or destination quotes free of charge; after that, we may need to apply a travel consulting fee of $25 per hour due to the intensive nature of research and travel quotes.

Examples of packages that we can book through a wholesaler or our reservation system include air, car and hotel to Hawaii; air, hotels and activities in Tahiti; or even safaris and air/hotel packages to Europe! The majority of our couples' honeymoons fall in this category.

If you would like a more customized itinerary (e.g., small bed and breakfasts throughout the Northwest, villas and small inns throughout Italy, or bed and breakfasts throughout France) that cannot be booked through our reservation system or through a package wholesaler, then a consulting fee will be charged. We would like to provide these extra services at no charge; however, this fee is necessary due to the extra time and expense involved in creating independent itineraries.

The fee is a $25 per hour consulting, research and international call/fax fee. The minimum charge is 2 hours, ($50 total) and in most cases, is sufficient time to plan custom itineraries. If our research is to exceed 2 hours, we contact you and request approval of the additional time.

Ultimately, you are responsible for paying for the "core pieces" of your honeymoon which are not purchased by your friends and family (e.g., air, hotel, lodging).

You are under no obligation to do or pay for extra activities that are not pre-purchased (e.g., horseback riding, sunset dinner cruises, snorkeling).

We provide you with an initial supply of up to 100* registry notification cards. These cards explain what a honeymoon registry is and provide our website address and toll-free number for your family and friends.

Yes. PR Travel has a combined 22 year experience in the Travel Industry. Our on Staff Wedding Consultant and our Travel Specialists  will work to ensure you are getting the best travel deals out there.
At this time PR Travel's Honeymoon Registry is only for our honeymoon travel clients.

We do not automatically make reservations for extracurricular activities, e.g., snorkeling, dinner cruises, picnics, massages, horseback riding, tours and the like. Rather, we simply collect the gift payments and provide a lump-sum payment to the couple prior to their honeymoon. Couples have the flexibility to use these funds to finance the activities they choose to do while on their honeymoon.

If couples desire to have some of their activities reserved, we will happily book those activities by request. Because gift payments may not be received prior to our making reservations, couples may be required to provide funds or a credit card to meet any prepayment obligations.

All of our honeymoons are personalized for each couple. We work with you to design your perfect honeymoon and do not require you to select "canned" packages.

Yes. At this time PR Travel is only hosting the Honeymoon Register for our clients that book their honeymoon with this Agency.

Yes. We charge a setup fee for your customized honeymoon registry and apply a service fee to the items in your registry. The couple is responsible for the registry setup fee but not the service fee. Please also see travel consulting fees on this page.

The registry setup fee is $100 non-refundable

The setup fee helps cover our costs for setting up and maintaining your registry. These costs include but are not limited to:

A 14% service fee is incorporated into the registry itself. This charge is included in the cost of the gift and is covered by the gift purchaser. We only "earn" this fee when the gift is purchased. The services covered by this fee include but are not limited to:

For the gifts that are not purchased from your website, the bridal couple does not pay the 14% service fee.
